ANGELA JADE GEORGE

 My name is Angela Jade George and I am a Filipino-American Artist based in New York City. I was born in New York but raised in the Philippines. Having lived in both countries wasn’t the easiest, but what helped me adapt and connect to my environment was my art. From then on, I’ve grown to be obsessed with how much art form bonds between people who are different from one another. 

I think that it is necessary to share everyone’s stories to broaden perspectives and keep our humanity alive. I want to share people’s stories through art as a way of giving back to the people whose art has also served me. This being said, I graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia as a Vocal Major, then continued my work as a Musical Theater Major at Point Park University, to support my dream of becoming an impactful artist. My other artistic pursuits include Roller Skating, Hooping, and playing the Guitar.
